Curriculum and Criteria for Fellowships
OVERVIEW:
Our new Lincoln College of BIPOC Research is School and Research Center is a dynamic and multifaceted institution designed to provide a comprehensive platform for education, innovation, and the advancement of knowledge across various fields. This institution combines the core functions of a traditional school and a cutting-edge research center, fostering a unique environment that encourages the cross-pollination of ideas, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence in both education and research.

Faculty and Researchers:
The institution attracts a diverse and highly qualified faculty with expertise in a wide range of academic and research areas. Professors not only excel in teaching but are also actively involved in groundbreaking research projects within Communities of Color. Researchers, including post-docs Professors and current graduate students, who collaborate closely with Center faculty, contributing to the institution's research mission.
Academics:
The Research Center offers a comprehensive range of academic data, from primary and secondary education to undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students as well as the pathologies that they hold and the connected environments that they come from. These programs are designed to provide a strong educational foundation and equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their chosen Gender and Human Rights fields. Interdisciplinary and research-focused coursework is integrated into the curriculum to encourage critical thinking and problem-solving to receive the most edified data.
Research Initiatives:
The institution is renowned for its pioneering research initiatives, which address some of the most pressing challenges in Communities of Color. These may include studies on climate change, medical breakthroughs, technological innovations, and social science research. Research results are often translated into practical applications, contributing to the betterment of society. We offer eight(8) week fellowships to engage real-time, academic data, to be used in current research studies. Students come to offer their academic experiences, their personal trials and traumas as well as their Environmental and Biopsychosocial life experiences, to open up the dialogue as to the current needs of the communities they will be retuning to.
Community Engagement:
The Research Center actively engages with the local community and the broader academic and research community. This involves hosting conferences, seminars, retreats, social experiments and professional workshops, as well as domestic and international outreach programs designed to disseminate knowledge and promote collaboration.
The Lincoln College Research Center is a multifaceted institution that seamlessly combines the pursuit of education with cutting-edge research. It serves as a nexus of intellectual and innovative activity, fostering a culture of learning, discovery, and collaboration to address the complex challenges of our time.

Session Offerings: January, March, May, July, September, and November
Start dates: The first Wednesday of the month the class begins
Investment:
Current market rate for each eight (8) week, offering is US$500.00 per Student, via invoice. Investment plans are offered with a US$150 deposit and four (4) monthly payments of US$87.50 (no-interest financing; payments through Square, CashApp and PayPal). This is also an Sponsor Investment-based Program (SIP). Investments come from Corporate donations and will be applied to the Student's account for books, labs and fees.
Prerequisites:
Designed to give credit for Life/Work Experience, in Humanities, Theology, Human Service Work and unlicensed Social/Case Work or retired LCSW, this program was designed to validate the lineage of your work to date. You must have a verifiable Forensic CV of your work, education and benevolence/service work. This can come as formal education (Minimum High School Diploma/GED), verifiable Life/Work experience (up 5 years or more) or a combination of both, to be set for review by our formal Professional Educational Board.
Application process:
Each and every applicant must adhere to these procedures or will have their emailed application deleted. We only take the first ten (10) applicants that successfully register and are accepted for each session.
To apply you MUST:

Obtain: Two (2) letters of Reference/Referral** from (either/or) an Educational, Professional or Theological reference, that can verify the prerequisites in the respective areas and can validate both your character and work ethic. The letter MUST be on official letterhead and must have a legal (digital or hand-ink) signature affixed the letter (with seal, if applicable). No 'cursive' fonts will be accepted for signatures. All letters will be vetted and verified for validity and consistency.

- Classrooms and Lecture Halls: The institution boasts state-of-the-art classrooms and lecture halls equipped with modern teaching aids, creating an optimal learning environment for students of all levels. These spaces facilitate traditional pedagogical methods as well as interactive, technology-driven approaches to teaching.
- Laboratories: Cutting-edge research facilities accommodate a wide array of disciplines. These include Bio-Chem Lab, Poly-Psy Reading Room, Protocol Engineering Flo-Desk, Computer Science Lab, and more. Researchers and students collaborate to conduct experiments, investigations, and projects that push the boundaries of knowledge in their respective fields.
- Library and Resource Center (LaRC): A well-stocked, real-time library with extensive digital resources and access to academic journals and publications supports the institution's commitment to research and scholarship. This resource hub is not only a place for quiet study but also serves as a hub for research collaboration. Our LaRC will be unique in having some of our digital resources be the dissertations of current and former HHU Students and Alumni and other of their professional publications added for future classes to use and research.
- Technology Hub: This is a dedicated technology center that will ensure our institution is at the forefront of innovation. This includes high-performance computing clusters, 3D printing facilities, and access to the latest software and hardware for research and development.
- Multidisciplinary HybridCenters: Our interdisciplinary research center encourages the convergence of ideas from different fields as meaningful solutions for the permanent problems we seek to end. This will take on new edge to our advanced Silos and Collaborations.

- How long and in what capacity the reference knows you.
- The SPECIFIC work/ duties you did for them and an explanation of the work completed (NOTE: you CANNOT use any Probation, Parole, Community Confinement or Community Service Hours from a Youth Offender, Adult Detention or an Alternative to Incarceration (ATI) program).
- The outcome or instruction gained from the program/goals/work done.
- Their perspective on your work ethic, personal accountability, teamwork and course compatibility.
2. Construct: A full, one-page personal statement that speaks to:
- The reason you want to take the Program.
- What your career-field is (currently) and a few relevant accomplishments or what you want to do with the program upon completion?
- What you expect to get out of the program?
- Why this program will help you attain this goal in life?

HHU Accelerated Program (AP)
We offer a discounted, four-year Accelerated Program (you go from AA-PhD in four years). This is for those with a desire for a professional career in gender and Human Rights and focused on the role of leader in this field. Investment for this program is USD$20,000.00 (USD$5,000 per year, per student) which is USD$19,500.00 for the course work and USD$500.00 in Graduation Fees - this excludes fees for the Cap/Tam and Gown/Robe. Payment Plans offered. Under this Accelerated Program, class will begin annually, in June and will commence in May with the next course offering beginning in June. Students are welcome to finish and Graduate at the end of any program (AA, BA, MA and PhD/DPS program), but if they do not finish the intended four-year program, they will assume full market rate for the course they just completed, due prior to graduation. (This understanding will be signed and notarized as to the comprehension and acceptance of these terms).
